I’ve been to Nature Brew a few times, and honestly my experience has been very inconsistent. The place is usually super crowded, and even when I only order one milk tea, I normally have to wait around 30 minutes. I understand they can get busy, but that feels like a very long wait for just one drink. The milk tea is also very hit or miss. Sometimes it tastes really good, but other times the flavor is completely different. It feels like the baristas are not trained consistently, because the same drink can taste different every time I come. I also didn’t have a good experience with the owner. She came across as rude and not very welcoming to customers, which made the whole experience worse. I really wanted to like this place because some of their drinks can be good, but the long wait, inconsistent quality, and customer service make it hard for me to recommend. I think they really need better training and more consistency.

They have some very unique selections. The menu does a decent job of naming the drinks, I think I've been surprised by what I got. But they're all consistently good in taste and quality, the surprise is never bad. It feels like I'm getting a blindbox but in boba form, fun!

Working my way down their menu :) I love love love this boba shop. The tea flavor is strong yet the milk teas are so creamy. I love the prices too, very cheap for a big cup of drink. I wish the inside was bigger since they get crowded so quickly. Service is great even though they’re always busy. I haven’t had any bad drinks from them, every drink has its own taste and they all taste AMAZING!

BEST MILK TEA PLACE my house is in garland so whenever I have chance to go nature I will buy double for the next day and my sisters love it too. I haven't tried the slushies but I love their milk tea and tea. Their tea is 10/10. The the price of milk tea is cheaper than others too. The fruit tea is good too. Recommend

love love nature brew, my husband and I found this place through searching for a new boba place to try and it has been our go-to place ever since! the tea flavor is amazing and taste super authentic! whether you’re in the mood for fruit tea or milk tea, you’ll not be disappointed, along with how affordable it is! <3 p.s: you can also pick a cute cup holder/cover for a nice little photo for instagram or facebook! 😊
